03 WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION?
During a KAP session, participants lie down on a yoga mat with their eyes closed while music plays in the background. The facilitator channels and transmits the energy by touching or hovering their hands over specific points on the participant's body. The energy activates the kundalini, leading to spontaneous movements, emotional releases, and other unique experiences. Each session is different, and the energy works with each individual in a personalized way.
04 IS IT SAFE?
KAP is considered safe for most people. The energy transmission is gentle and natural, working only with what the participant is ready to receive. However, it is essential to approach KAP with an open mind and a willingness to undergo deep personal transformation. As with any profound spiritual practice, it is recommended to consult with a healthcare professional if you have any specific concerns or medical conditions.

Make sure you have the entire room to yourself - allow other household members, including pets, to stay out of your space during the entire meeting. Turn off the phone.
Convenience
If you have back problems, you can place a small pillow under your head/knees; if you are in good physical condition, lie flat on the mat.
Freedom to Move
Spontaneous body movements may arise during the session. Make sure you have space around the mat to avoid hitting e.g. walls or furniture.
Safety
Take care of your safety by keeping burning candles, hot drinks and sharp objects away from the mat.
Prepare your body
Your body is your home and temple. Treat it with kindness and respect. Follow the tips below to create the best possible conditions for the energy flow through it during a KAP transmission.

How to prepare to receive KAP online
In-person
✔ avoid eating at least 2 hours prior to the session, arrive on light stomach
✔ avoid alcohol the day before, and coffee on the day (decaf and tea are ok)
✔ wear comfortable clothing
✔ arrive 5 mins early to enter the session with a calm mind and settle in
✔ yoga mats will be provided
✔ KAP is best received while not on medication or drugs
✔ Come with a curious mind and open heart, ready to surrender to the process by letting go of any expectations.
✔ The most important thing is not what happens during the session itself, but who we become as a result of it.

Psychological safety
The most beautiful transformations take place in a friendly, open and supportive space. Together, we create an atmosphere that is free from criticism, judgment, uninvited advice and gossip, where everyone feels welcome and can be themselves fully.
What we share during the session, stays in the session
At the end of the class, we open the space for integration and sharing. Everything we say in this space is confidential - ask for permission to share any private information with people outside the meeting.
Save KAP in your memory, not on your phone
We respect the privacy of all participants and the integrity of the KAP process. KAP classes cannot be recorded in any way without clear consent of the facilitator and the rest of the participants. Only people who have purchased a ticket for the session can participate in the event.
