Your needs are unique, and so are our sessions. Forget hard-to-relate workbooks or webinars – we meet live, 1:1, and focus exclusively on you and the areas of your life you want to improve. Each session will is different, always designed to maximise your potential for speedy and profound changes.
One session is typically 90 mins long, followed by a 15-min check-in about a week later. This gives us a chance to touch base on your noticing changes and whether another session might be a good idea or you’re already living your best life.

PSYCH-K® sessions are equally powerful online, over the phone and in person.
I offer sessions in English, Polish and Swedish.
ONLINE AND PHONE SESSIONS
Online and phone sessions allow us to connect wherever we are, and you can experience powerful breakthroughs from the comfort of your space.
All you need is a stable Internet/phone connection and a quiet room where you can talk freely about the topic of our session. Having your camera on will help us communicate and make sure your body is in the right position during the processes, but if you prefer to have yours off, that’s entirely cool too.
IN-PERSON SESSIONS
In-person meetings are another great way to work with PSYCH-K® and communicate with your subconscious mind through muscle testing directly on your body (for online and phone sessions, this is done remotely).
